Roma locuta est welcomes submissions for publication. Manuscripts should be emailed to the editor as an attachment in either Microsoft Word format or, if you are particularly apt to please the editors, Apple's Pages format. Submission of a manuscript does not guarantee publication - authors will receive a response within one week.
Roma locuta est reserves the right to modify the format of manuscripts to fit the look and feel of the website, as well as the right to make minor editorial changes. Any changes will be proposed to the original author before publication.
Roma locuta est will not print any material that is in conflict with or deliberately questions the magisterial teachings of the Church.
